Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to lead our team of restaurant managers in the San Diego and Oceanside area. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple Taco Bell restaurants, ensuring that each location meets our high standards of quality, customer service, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee 5-6 restaurant locations and ensure that each location meets our high standards of quality, customer service, and profitability.
  • Coach and train restaurant managers to achieve operational excellence and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and guests.
  • Partner with Human Resources to manage employee relations, including hiring, terminations, and investigations.
  • Lead employee recognition and motivation efforts to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of successful, high sales volume, operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or retail environment.
  • Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making skills.
  • Dynamic, energetic, and positive leader who is proactively driven to get things done the right way.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift 10-40 pounds, reach with arms and hands, stand, and walk for long periods.
