Job Title: Construction Project Manager

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This involves managing a team of construction crew members, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and conducting site inspections.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage project schedules and coordinate deliveries and logistics to meet deadlines
* Monitor project costs and control expenditures, reviewing contractor invoices as needed
* Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and obtain necessary permits
* Coordinate with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues

Requirements
* Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects within budget and schedule
* Strong leadership skills in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative, safety-focused environment
* Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders
* Skilled in identifying and resolving challenges to maintain project momentum and quality
