Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead our business development efforts in the Aerospace industry. As a seasoned Business Unit Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and drive revenue growth.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Aerospace industry.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business and manage existing accounts.
  • Oversee profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, including revenue and margin management.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Write and cost bids effectively.
  • Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Provide regular status reports.
  • Maintain ongoing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The ideal candidate has expertise in contract management and aerospace client management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting project financial targets.

**Salary Range:** $160,000 - $220,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
