Position Overview:
PeopleShare is in search of a Subrogation Manager for a dynamic auto insurance firm. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a comprehensive benefits package, including Health, 401k, Dental, and Vision.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$80,000 - $100,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall performance of recovery operations, ensuring optimal results in personnel and vendor performance.
  • Manage the processes for both subrogation and salvage operations, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Supervise the intake, reconciliation, and processing of outside vendor invoicing in collaboration with accounting and support teams.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the operational or legal sectors of a Property & Casualty auto insurance subrogation or salvage department.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing a team.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with direct and cross-functional teams to build relationships and meet objectives.
  • Understanding of Property & Casualty underwriting and claims processes.
  • Knowledge of salvage processing procedures, identifying potential subrogation files, and managing collections or litigation for recovery.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including CCC One estimating platforms, IAA/Copart salvage platforms, Arbitration Forums, and Microsoft Office Suite.
