Job Description:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

FuturePlan, the nation's largest third-party administrator (TPA) of retirement plans, seeks a highly skilled Billing Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our billing support group, you will be responsible for resolving customer billing, cash application, and collection problems. This role reports directly to the Billing Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication on all billing-related issues.
  • Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all departmental and company policies.
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of accounting and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent client interface and verbal & written communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
