About this Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic sales team and contribute to the growth of our company. We are seeking a driven and results-focused individual to take on the challenge of growing our market share of emerging small franchise brands. In exchange for a competitive salary and commission structure, we require candidates to have at least 1-3 years of relevant sales experience, a proven track record of hitting quotas, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through prospecting and outreach efforts.
  • Conduct effective discovery meetings and product demos to understand customer requirements and pain points.
  • Develop and execute client cultivation strategies to grow existing relationships.
  • Act as a corporate sales liaison between clients and FranConnect.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of hitting monthly/quarterly/annual quota.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $85,000 per year, plus commission.
