As a Speech Therapist with Kaiser Permanente, you will play a vital role in providing diagnosis and treatment of communication disorders for adult and pediatric populations. This is a part-time opportunity to work in an outpatient clinic setting, with the potential to work in the hospital as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders using diagnostic tests and individualized treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and patients to develop treatment schedules and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Implement and maintain department policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for new or enhanced services.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Completion of a Speech Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Internship.
- Speech-Language Pathologist License (California).
- Basic Life Support certification.
- National Provider Identifier.
- Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local requirements.
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
