Job Summary:
As a Speech Therapist, you will provide diagnosis and treatment of communication disorders under supervision. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

UNAC/UHCP (United Nurses Association of California/Union of Health Care Professionals) is the collective bargaining representative of Rehab Services positions in Northern California.


Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders for adult and pediatric populations.
Administer diagnostic tests and implement individualized treatments.
Advise physician and patient of disorders and develop treatment schedules.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Implement and maintain department policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Completion of a Speech Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Internship required.
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.
Speech-Language Pathologist License (California) required.
Basic Life Support required at hire.
National Provider Identifier and Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate required.

Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of federal, state, and local requirements.
Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
