About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Retail Guest Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service, building relationships with clients, and helping them find the perfect home furnishings.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and engage customers, understanding their home furnishing needs and providing personalized recommendations
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
* Build rapport with clients, earning their trust and loyalty through exceptional product knowledge and interpersonal skills
* Develop and maintain a customer base through networking and follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction before and after the sale
* Generate sales through a consultative approach, focusing on customer needs and preferences

Requirements

* Energetic and self-motivated sales professional with exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
* Ability to network and build relationships with customers
* Competitive and goal-oriented nature with the ability to work well in a team environment
* Flexibility to work a 5-day retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and most holidays
* Basic computer skills and previous sales experience in a retail commission-based sales environment (a plus, but not required)
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
