Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Capital Health Medical Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through a collaborative approach with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a supportive environment that aligns with our core mission and values.
  • Deliver evidence-based care to patients through effective assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Ensure patient safety by adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Serve as an advocate for patients and families, providing emotional and informational support throughout their care journey.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Educate patients about various medical conditions and provide guidance to families on managing care.
  • Contribute to performance improvement activities at the unit and hospital-wide levels.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Previous nursing experience is preferred.
  • AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider certification.
  • TNCC certification (or must obtain within 1 year of hire) AND 8 hours of Trauma-related Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) contact hours if assigned to specific units.
  • NIH Stroke Scale Certification (or must obtain by end of orientation) AND 8 hours of Stroke-related Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) contact hours if assigned to specific units.
  • CPR Requirements: ACLS, NRP, PALS certifications (or must obtain within 6 months of hire date) based on assigned units.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adjust quickly to change and react positively.
