Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with flexible scheduling to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing traditional and individualized comfort measures, fostering an environment that aligns with the company's core mission, and serving as an advocate for patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement individualized teaching plans to meet patient needs
  • Assess and document patient conditions, interpreting changes and implementing interventions to achieve expected outcomes
  • Administer medications accurately and safely, documenting patient records according to the nursing process and company standards
  • Identify and address problems with IV therapy and adverse drug interactions, answering patient questions regarding medications
  • Collaborate with resources to resolve issues and contribute to unit-based performance improvement meetings

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A registered nurse license in New Jersey is required, along with certifications such as ACLS, NRP, and PALS.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The job requires frequent standing, walking, and carrying objects, with occasional sitting and climbing. Lifting up to 25 pounds is also required. Sensory requirements include accurate vision, hearing, and color discrimination.

Anticipated occupational exposure risks include bloodborne pathogens, chemicals, airborne communicable diseases, and dust/particulate matter. Offers are contingent upon successful completion of the onboarding process and pre-employment physical.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
