Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Enrollment Specialist to join our team at Compunnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to member enrollment, including resolving eligibility exceptions, processing enrollment files, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve eligibility exceptions within required timeframes
  • Process enrollment files, including ID card generation and PCP assignments
  • Assist with newborn enrollment functions, including call center support and claims processing
  • Provide knowledgeable responses to internal and external inquiries regarding eligibility and enrollment transactions
  • Reconcile eligibility with State Agencies and track transactions
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • English Language proficiency (reading and spoken/written)
  • Strong data entry skills and typing expectations
  • Ability to work independently and use provided resources to seek solutions to problems
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in US healthcare member enrollment
