About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Leader to join our team at one of our beautiful beach club resorts. As an Early Years Leader, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a fun and engaging activity programme for children aged 4 months to 17 years old.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that every child has a safe and enjoyable experience, and that our parents feel confident and relaxed while their children are in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver a varied and engaging activity programme for children aged 4 months to 17 years old.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that every child has a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Ensure that all activities are fun, engaging, and age-appropriate for each of the individual children's clubs.
  • Keep the crèche, clubrooms, equipment, and toys clean, well-maintained, and sterilised where applicable.
  • Create a child-friendly environment, ensuring the highest health and safety standard is adhered to.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare, or BA Hons Early Childhood Education.
  • A big personality, loads of stamina, energy, and a huge sense of fun.
  • A passion for an active lifestyle and the desire to inspire children to get stuck into our activity programme.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Flexible to work all the required hours with your team to get the job done well.
