Job Overview

At China Jushi USA Corporation, we are in search of skilled individuals to fill our production technician roles within our manufacturing facility. This position requires working in a dynamic and high-velocity environment, adhering to established protocols, and maintaining safety standards while fostering continuous improvement.

Role Objective

The Production Technician plays a crucial role in facilitating the efficient production of fiberglass, prioritizing quality and safety in daily operations. This role involves winding and storing fibrous materials, and it is important to note that the position is physically demanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transporting fiberglass bobbins from the production line to designated storage locations.
  • Conducting necessary daily maintenance on assigned production lines.
  • Identifying and resolving issues in the fabrication process while ensuring product quality is not compromised.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to maintaining high product quality.

Compensation: The starting wage is $17.75, increasing to $18.25 after the initial 90 days, along with eligibility for bonuses.

Work Schedule:

  • This role operates on a 12-hour shift, rotating every four weeks between day and night shifts.

Probationary Period:

  • All new hires will undergo a probationary period for the first 90 days of employment.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to consistently lift over 50 pounds for 12 hours.
  • Ability to work safely in high-temperature environments.
  • Capability to work in wet conditions safely.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Experience operating machinery safely.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
  • Ability to stand for long durations in a fast-paced setting.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Must be able to lift over 50 pounds.
  • Must meet the physical demands of the work environment.
  • Ability to bend repeatedly.
