Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage Safety, Quality, Cost, and operational efficiency within the Furnace Area.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow technicians and maintenance staff.
  • Ensure optimal functioning and quality production in the Furnace area.
  • Maintain proficiency in Furnace feeding and melting operations.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, with opportunities for additional hours.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.

Work Environment:
