Overview

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hospital staff, department directors, and physicians to ensure the highest standards of quality and service are maintained.
  • Oversee the implementation of quality improvement efforts to enhance clinical performance and maintain compliance with accreditation standards.
  • Identify and evaluate outstanding physicians and physician groups for participation in the provider network.
  • Contribute to strategic plan and business plan development, including identification of strategic partners, growth, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree or DO degree with an active medical license.
  • Minimum of five years of clinical experience in specialty and five years of management experience in healthcare.
Licensure:
  • Current active unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one US state or territory and prior Board Certification in a specialty are required.
