Job Title: Nephrology Medical Director

Regal Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Nephrology Medical Director to lead our Renal Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and those on renal replacement therapy (RRT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement best practices for CKD management and RRT care.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Renal Services to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Establish strong relationships with dialysis centers, vendors, and community nephrologists.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Ensure patients receive timely and effective care, including nephrology consultations and follow-up appointments.

Requirements:

  • Active board certification in nephrology.
  • Active California medical license and current Federal DEA.
  • Strong clinical skills in nephrology, with experience managing patients with CKD and RRT.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and drive quality improvement initiatives.
