We are in search of a skilled Client Relations Specialist to become a part of our team and aid in the expansion of our operations.
The Client Relations Specialist will be tasked with establishing and nurturing connections with clients, generating fresh leads, and ultimately boosting sales of our pergolas.
Key Responsibilities:1. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and comprehensive product knowledge.
2. Identify and pursue new leads, employing various networking and prospecting strategies.
3. Assist clients throughout the sales journey, offering solutions that align with their needs and preferences.
4. Consistently meet and surpass sales objectives.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product specifications.
6. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the outdoor living or home improvement sectors.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
5. Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
6. Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools.
7. A passion for outdoor living and a solid understanding of pergola products is advantageous.

Client Relations Specialists earn a commission based on their individual sales performance as determined by adherence to the established sales process. Leads are supplied, but bringing in additional external business is highly encouraged.
