- Standardized Reports: Conduct prompt, professional, and accurate reports relative to incidents.
- Removal of Wrongdoers: Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area.
- Company Values: Embody and promote company values while operating as a highly visible deterrent on site.
- Additional Duties: Perform various job-related duties as assigned.
- Surveillance Reports: Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Age: 18 years of age or older.
- Security License: Valid Virginia Security Guard License.
- Training: Successfully completed all state-mandated training.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in security.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional Appearance: Project a professional appearance.
Pay Rate: $16/hr.
