This role emphasizes providing exceptional customer service to our patients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring quality patient scheduling and positive telephone etiquette
  • Providing general information to patients and their families using AIDET
  • Serving as the front-line contact person for all incoming patients
  • Collecting point-of-service copays and registering patients

Requirements:

  • 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving, management principles, and personnel management
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
