Job Summary

This role is a critical part of our patient experience team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service to our patients. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to project our values to both patients and colleagues. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and providing general information to patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality patient scheduling and positive telephone etiquette
  • Collect point-of-service copays and provide general information to patients and their families
  • Serve as the front-line contact person for all incoming patients
  • Project Cooper University Hospital's values to both customers and coworkers
  • Support discharge coordination as a patient's non-clinical navigator
Requirements

We're looking for candidates with 2 years of related experience, preferably in shipping and receiving, management principles, and personnel management. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
