Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Digital Technology Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Digital StrategiesAssist in the development and execution of digital technology strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
Provide Technical Support and TrainingProvide technical support and training to team members on new digital technologies to ensure seamless adoption and integration.
Collaborate with DepartmentsCollaborate with different departments to integrate digital technology into all aspects of business operations, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.
Stay Up-to-Date with TrendsStay abreast of the latest digital technology trends and advancements to ensure Overture Partners remains at the forefront of innovation.
Evaluate and Recommend New TechnologiesEvaluate and recommend new digital technologies that can enhance business performance, improve customer experiences, and drive growth.
Troubleshoot and Resolve IssuesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital technology applications to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Analyze and Report on EffectivenessAnalyze and report on the effectiveness of digital technology initiatives to inform future strategy and decision-making.
Manage Digital ProjectsManage digital technology projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
ExperienceProven experience as a Digital Technology Specialist, IT Specialist, or similar role.
SkillsStrong understanding of digital technologies and platforms, experience with cloud services, mobile solutions, and emerging technologies.
Personal QualitiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
