Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping operations.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all rooms and public areas meet Hilton's high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Provide training and coaching to Room Attendants and Housepersons to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
