About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician to join our team at Buchanan Auto Stores. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for automotive repair and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform body and fender repairs efficiently and accurately, according to estimates.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest repair methods and dealership standards.
  • Conduct welding, soldering, body alignment, and related operations.
  • Diagnose issues, communicate parts needs, and advise on additional repairs as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace while using shop equipment responsibly.
  • Light painting duties (if qualified) and proper documentation of all work performed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years minimum as a Body Shop Technician.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and spray painting equipment.
  • Knowledge of dealership and factory repair methods.
  • Ability to perform welding, soldering, and other body repair tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
