Job Overview

CMS Waynesboro LLC is seeking a highly skilled Metal Stamping Press Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining press lines, including die set up and minor equipment repairs.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate automatic power press and auxiliary equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Set up dies in presses, making adjustments as needed, and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Identify, handle, and requisition raw materials, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Conduct visual and physical quality inspections according to control plans and operator check sheets.
  • Read, interpret, and comply with production work orders.
  • Handle non-conforming product correctly and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Possess excellent knowledge of metal stamping processes and equipment operation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair minor equipment issues with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
