Metal Stamping Press Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Metal Stamping Press Technician to support our production team in Wayne County, Virginia. This is a challenging opportunity for an individual who can operate press lines safely and efficiently, with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate automatic power presses and auxiliary equipment to produce high-quality metal stampings.
• Set up dies correctly, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, documenting all work and communicating any issues to management.
• Identify and requisition raw materials as needed.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with control plans and operator check sheets.
• Read and interpret production work orders to meet customer requirements.
• Handle non-conforming product and finished goods accurately.

What We Offer:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
