Business Development Representative

We are a pioneer in selling advertising space directly on supermarket cash register tape receipts using four color professionally printed ads since 1951. Our partnership with Dollar General stores over the past 13 years has enabled us to provide the best nationally recognized in-store branding and advertising available for local businesses.
As a Business Development Representative at RTN, you will have the opportunity to work with ambitious, self-driven, and professional individuals who are willing to follow a proven sales process and handle a challenging role. Our fast-paced environment is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic setting and are trained to be proficient and comfortable with the RTN One Call Close.
We provide paid training to all new hires and continuous training to advance them towards their maximum potential. With an estimated annual salary of $75K to $85K, our top performers earn up to $100K + per year.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Daily commute to assigned territories
- Prospecting
- High phone call volumes (average 75 daily)
- In-person one call close appointments
Our compensation package includes an annual fixed incentive of $52K+, comprising a $32K annual salary, $200 per month auto allowance, and $18K in set quarterly incentives. We also offer uncapped commissions and additional weekly, monthly, and contest-driven bonuses.
