Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Industry Sales Representative to join our team in Arkansas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with existing clients.

About the Role
This role requires a strong understanding of the fitness industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for proactively seeking out new business leads, developing and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Salary and Benefits
The starting compensation package includes a base salary of $60,000 per year, plus commission on gross margin. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and develop new business leads in the fitness industry
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activity and performance
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fitness industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
