Position Overview

Success Academy is seeking a skilled contract professional with proven negotiation abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills. In the role of Contract Manager, you will play a vital part in interpreting, clarifying, and conveying essential contractual obligations while formalizing strategic agreements with our vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advance the development of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Strategic Business Partner and various business units during the contract negotiation process.
  • Create and maintain a repository of pre-approved templates and scenarios.
  • Conduct initial evaluations for leadership and relevant stakeholders, recommending and implementing strategies to address legal, compliance, and risk management issues, including software licensing, intellectual property protection, confidentiality, and software security vulnerabilities.
  • Partner with compliance teams to enhance ongoing compliance procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience overseeing all facets of the contracting process, including management, negotiations, risk assessment, and closure.
  • Experience in managing intricate contract negotiations with vendors.
  • Outstanding organizational and analytical capabilities, with a strong emphasis on detail and professional scrutiny.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in database management.
  • Strong internet research skills.

Success Academy provides a hybrid work model, allowing work from home on designated days and in-office collaboration on others.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is competitive and will be influenced by various factors, including skills, experience, and organizational needs. The estimated salary range is $75,000 - $90,000.
