Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the provision of programming to address criminogenic needs as required by contract.
  • Ensure that all applicable policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.
  • Deliver orientation to new intakes and provide an overview of facility programming.
  • Attend Multi-Disciplinary Staffing Team meetings and assist in formulating program plans for each client.
  • Monitor community meetings, including house meetings, wrap-up meetings, and 12-step meetings.
  • Supervise the offender population, with a focus on reporting incidents.
  • Record and report TC behavioral trends.
  • Assist with program admission documentation related to criminogenic and/or behavioral program placement.
  • Deliver Moral Recognition Classes.
  • Oversee the Compass 100 Hybrid and Re-Entry life skills program.
  • Oversee the GED Virtual Academy placement and progress of clients enrolled in GED courses.
  • Assist with employability training, documentation, and file upkeep, working in collaboration with the assigned employment specialist(s).
  • Act as a backup facilitator for employment classes, Anger Management, Family Reunification, and Victim Awareness classes as needed.
  • Assist the Facility Director or designee in seeking out linkages to community providers to deliver transitional services and education/vocation opportunities to clients.
  • Execute all company program standards and policies.
  • Be available to work all shifts to ensure proper coverage per contract and policy standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
  • Four years (4) of full-time related work experience in instruction or program facilitation.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or an Associates Degree with 2 years of full-time work experience or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of full-time related work experience in instruction or program facilitation.
