Job SummaryThe Johnson Controls Accelerated Commercial Excellence (ACE) Development Program is a two-year sales development program located in Milwaukee, WI. Upon completion, your permanent role/assignment could be located in any major city across the US.
As a Technical Sales Development Professional, you will provide sales support for Sales Managers and Channel Account Managers, offering technical, commercial, and pricing assistance to field sales personnel and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers, including product selection assistance and order processing support.
- Develop relationships with managed and maintained customer accounts to generate new business opportunities and promote new product releases.
- Establish monthly cadence with Channel Account Managers to attend and participate in customer-facing meetings.
- Bachelor's degree minimum (Engineering Degree highly preferred).
- Undergraduate senior expecting to graduate between May 2023 – May 2025. Program starts in January or June 2025.
- Proficiency with MS Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), internet software and e-mail.
- MUST have the ability to be in Milwaukee, WI for the duration of the development program and upon completion, relocate to another major city.
- U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
- Technical internship experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Available to travel up to 20% – dependent upon your assignments.
