Job Summary

The Johnson Controls Accelerated Commercial Excellence (ACE) Development Program is a two-year sales development program located in Milwaukee, WI. Upon completion, your permanent role/assignment could be located in any major city across the US.

As a Technical Sales Development Professional, you will provide sales support for Sales Managers and Channel Account Managers, offering technical, commercial, and pricing assistance to field sales personnel and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers, including product selection assistance and order processing support.
  • Develop relationships with managed and maintained customer accounts to generate new business opportunities and promote new product releases.
  • Establish monthly cadence with Channel Account Managers to attend and participate in customer-facing meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree minimum (Engineering Degree highly preferred).
  • Undergraduate senior expecting to graduate between May 2023 – May 2025. Program starts in January or June 2025.
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), internet software and e-mail.
  • MUST have the ability to be in Milwaukee, WI for the duration of the development program and upon completion, relocate to another major city.
  • U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical internship experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Available to travel up to 20% – dependent upon your assignments.
