Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at ELCO, LLC.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for selling our products to existing and potential customers through various sales channels.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Lead Generation: Source and qualify new leads through various methods, including cold-calling, trade shows, and referrals.
  • Reporting and Administration: Accurately record and report sales activity, including lead generation, sales calls, and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
