Enterprise Sales Strategist

As a seasoned Enterprise Sales Executive at Criteria Corp, you will drive growth by winning new customers and unlocking new value throughout their business. With a consultative sales approach, you will leverage your experience to secure complex deals and help refine our value proposition, product lineup, and approach to growing with existing customers.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of customer problems and a passion for engaging across roles and organizations of prospective customers. You will love the journey of discovering how we might help them succeed at recruiting and developing a diverse set of employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver $1M+ in annual new business growth through out-bound sales motions
- Utilize insight and consultative selling techniques to understand enterprise-level challenges and propose innovative solutions leveraging Criteria Corp's platform
- Engage with industry influencers and buyers to stay informed about market trends, pressures, and challenges, adapting sales strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in large enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies
- A track record of managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals by understanding customer problems and crafting tailored solutions
- Proven success in generating 50%+ of a sales pipeline via out-bound strategic and defined sales methodologies and processes
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 plus commissions, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic, high-growth company environment.
