Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking. Conduct market research to identify prospects that fit the Baesman Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective clients. Engage with C-Suite executives to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Presentation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and pain points of clients. Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Solution Presentation and Selling: Develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the company's products or services.
  • Pursuit Planning and Proposal Coordination: Develop comprehensive pursuit plans for key opportunities. Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Negotiation and Closure: Assist in the negotiation process, addressing client concerns and ensuring a win-win outcome.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive/Business Development Leader or in a similar role.
  • Self-starter with creative ways to start and build new relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in securing new clients and meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of business needs and ability to translate them into solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with C-Suite executives.
  • Proven track record of developing pursuit plans and coordinating proposal opportunities.
