Our team is seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to support our federal customers in accordance with customer objectives and contract requirements. As a member of the Client Services team, you will coordinate and organize project activities, work closely with the Client Success Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and effective communication across client teams.
Job Description
We are offering a challenging and rewarding career path for a skilled Client Services Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and customer service skills, be able to work independently, multitask, and adjust priorities. They should also have advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and a desire to learn more.
Responsibilities
- Assist with client meeting and training planning, scheduling, material preparation, and follow-up, including documenting meeting minutes.
- Draft, finalize, produce, and assemble communications and program materials, reports, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
- Communicate effectively and provide customer support in a timely and pleasant manner to both internal and external clients.
- Support and track information system users and ensure appropriate system access.
Requirements
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; education may be substituted with experience, including two or more years of experience in workers' compensation, claims administration, and/or utilization review.
- Three years of administrative or client/customer service experience.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills required.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Federal Government Security Clearance.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
