Job Description
Cynet Systems invites applications for the position of Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving claims-related issues, and ensuring seamless communication with clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Assisting clients with claims-related queries, providing detailed information on documentation requirements, timeframes, and payment procedures.
  • Documenting all interactions with clients in a clear, concise manner, maintaining accurate records within our claims management system.
  • Escalating complex issues to senior specialists or management when necessary.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college courses or relevant certifications preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or claims processing.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits:Our compensation package includes a salary range of $43,000 - $58,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
