We are currently seeking an Activities Director for our community. The Activities Director is responsible for designing and implementing programs that offer entertainment, physical activity, and relaxation for our residents. Key responsibilities include:
  • Encouraging and facilitating hobbies
  • Organizing social events, crafts, games, and various activities

This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, a positive outlook, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a social or recreational program within the last five years
  • Associate degree is preferred
  • Experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Background in working with seniors is advantageous
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities
  • Ability to work independently is essential
