Job Overview

About the Role:

  • Provide comprehensive neonatal care services in our state-of-the-art facility, collaborating with experienced neonatologists and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing strong knowledge of neonatal pathophysiology and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Promote a culture of safety and quality within our team, actively participating in quality improvement initiatives and education programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, adhering to regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Medical City Plano is a 603-bed hospital located in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, serving as a comprehensive healthcare provider for Collin County. Our Level III NICU is equipped with cutting-edge technology and remote fetal heart monitoring capabilities, allowing for seamless collaboration between clinicians.
