Job Title: Lead Human Resources Business Partner

Global Edge Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's business objectives by providing strategic guidance and expertise on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development to ensure a high-performing culture and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client groups to drive business results and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve employee disputes and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with HR Organizational Excellence to develop strategies to respond to changing business needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant HR experience, including broad employee relations experience and at least 3 years of plant experience.
  • Advanced degree and SHRM-CP or PHR professional certifications are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
