Job Overview

At Options In Community Living Inc., we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Caregiver/ Direct Support/ Adults with Disabilities to join our team. As a Weekend Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care and Support: Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including meals, cleaning, showering, and hygiene.
  • Emotional Support and Activities: Provide emotional support, engage in activities, and help individuals participate in events and outings.
  • Transportation: Drive an agency vehicle (if required) to transport individuals to events and appointments.
  • Support Plan Implementation: Follow established routines and support plans to ensure individuals receive the care and support they need.

What We Offer
  • Paid Training and Orientation: Receive paid training and orientation at $16.50/hr.
  • Competitive Pay and Benefits: Earn competitive pay and benefits, including holiday pay, overtime pay, and referral bonuses.
  • Full-Time Benefits: Eligible for full-time benefits after 30+ hours/week.
  • Supervisor Support: Have access to a supervisor available 24/7 for support and guidance.
