Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Upsell services and products to clients
- Document client conversations in a CRM
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- 1 year of recent sales experience
- Proven ability to upsell services or products in a working environment
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite, Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience working in a banking or customer service position
- Call center experience is highly preferred
