ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a Planner specializing in Paid Social Media to become a vital part of our One Marketplace team. This position is dedicated to managing paid social initiatives and is integrated within our broader team that oversees biddable media, including Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic advertising.
- Collaborate with clients to grasp their brand objectives and implement effective social media advertising strategies.
- Engage with a diverse media mix, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Adwords/Bing.
- Utilize social media platforms directly and through PMD technology for optimal paid social media performance.
- Manage daily client operations, oversee internal team dynamics, and contribute to thought leadership and strategic development.
- Facilitate training and mentorship for internal teams to ensure excellence in strategy and execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in paid social media and strategic planning.
- 1-2 years of experience in an advertising or media agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines and complex challenges.
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000, based on experience and qualifications. Compensation is reflective of the applicant's skills, industry tenure, and the specific requirements of the role.
