Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Landscape Architecture, or Horticulture, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of related work experience, including at least 3 years of people management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
  • Commercial Pesticide Applicators License, or ability to obtain within 1 year.
  • Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) or ability to obtain within 1 year.
