Job Title: Commercial Relationship Manager

At MRI Spokane, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, providing them with exceptional service and support to meet their financial needs.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, providing them with exceptional service and support to meet their financial needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on financial matters, including cash management, credit, and investment products.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, credit, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform business development strategies and initiatives.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial banking, with a proven track record of success in business development and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Please note that the salary range for this position is $93,018 - $206,721, depending on experience and qualifications.



This position is also eligible to participate in an applicable annual bonus and incentive compensation plan.
