Heavy Equipment Operator

As a Heavy Equipment Operator on our Telecom Underground team, you will be responsible for safely transporting various construction materials to and from job sites throughout the surrounding areas. This role requires the ability to load, unload, and secure all cargo in accordance with DOT and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely transport equipment and materials to various job-sites throughout the surrounding areas
* Load, unload and secure all cargo in accordance with DOT and company standards
* Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment
* Install underground telecommunications cabling
* Operate construction equipment, and maintain work areas
* Clearly communicate with all team members
* Complete daily production reports
* Help with site restoration efforts
Requirements
* To be 18 years of age or older
* Authorization to work in the United States for this company
* High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
* Previous experience safely operating various hand tools and utility trucks, is preferred
* Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (tanker endorsement preferred)
