Construction Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Operations Supervisor to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Portland / Vancouver. As a key member of our Construction department, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and driving our reconstruction efforts to world-class status.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of project managers and provide guidance on project management best practices.
- Develop and implement business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
- Manage a substantial book of business exceeding $10 million in project revenue.
- 7+ years of construction/restoration/remodeling experience.
- 3+ years of people management experience, including performance review, career growth, and mentorship.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous project management experience is mandatory.
