Senior Sales Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at FIS. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our industry-leading solutions in Debit and Credit card issuing and processing to Regional and Community banks. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to drive growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell products and/or services to identified key accounts
- Develop and maintain a network of prospects
- Initiate contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services
- Work as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services
- Demonstrate product knowledge and competitive intelligence
- Prepare and present proposals to clients
- Negotiate and close deals
- Meet sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Experience selling payments solutions into Regional and Community banks
- Good understanding of FIS products and services
- General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology
- Expert negotiation and communication skills
- Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
