Office Operations Manager

About the Position:
We are looking for a skilled and organized Regional Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support in tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties.
Main Duties:
- Manage calendars for Division Manager and staff, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, draft, proofread, and distribute internal and external correspondence.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documents, ensuring all administrative materials are up-to-date and accessible.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, presentations, and assisting with day-to-day tasks.
Financial and HR Collaboration:
- Assist in preparing and monitoring departmental budgets, tracking expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with finance team to process payroll and vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Collaborate with HR team to manage recruitment process, from posting job listings to scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding new hires.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or Human Resources required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2-4 years in office management, administrative support, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, payroll processing, and expense tracking.
Compensation:
$50,000 (bonus eligible)
