We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposal Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will be responsible for managing the proposal development process, from planning to production, while balancing workload and deliverables for multiple sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement proposal strategies to ensure the firm addresses all requirements and effectively incorporates win themes.
  • Write and manage comprehensive proposal responses that align with client needs and showcase our firm's capabilities.
  • Design and produce high-quality proposal documents, including executive summaries and sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling language, retrieve and analyze data, and compile supporting documents.
  • Assist in developing base draft pitches and sales documents for the national business development team.
  • Manage the development process and preparation of sales presentations and all supporting documents.
  • Work with the design team to create impactful graphics for proposals, executive summaries, and sales presentations.
  • Recommend process enhancements and manage special projects to streamline operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Complete understanding of the proposal process, from planning stages to production.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience responding to RFIs, RFPs, etc., as well as creating presentations and marketing collateral.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience completing RFP responses without supervision.
  • Experience in the A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) or federal services industry.
  • Superior proofreading, prioritization, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Expertise in InDesign, MS Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Superior prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience completing SF 330s, SF 254s, and SF 255s.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) is a plus.
