Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grant Management Program Lead to join our team at WorkSource Oregon. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of grant management programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement grant management programs to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective grant management and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on grant management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of grant management programs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including funders, community partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in grant management, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful grant management programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex regulations and policies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience working with software vendors and implementing system-wide solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
